About Children's Theatre
Welcome to Chickenshed's Children's Theatre!
Our vibrant and inclusive program offers children aged 5-11 the chance to explore all aspects of theatre through play, interactive performances, and devising. With a focus on creativity, confidence, and peer group events, children have the opportunity to unleash their collective creativity and shine in main house public performances.

Children's Theatre 1
CT1 is designed for 5-7 year olds.
Children love our fun weekly CT1 workshops! All aspects of theatre are explored in these sessions through play and interactive performance and our children have the opportunity to develop their creative expression in a space full of joy, fun and imagination.
Children's Theatre 2
CT2 is designed for 7-9 year olds.
Devising is at the heart of CT2 with a focus on the development of performance creativity and confidence. The group have the opportunity to perform in peer group events as well as a main house public performance!
Children's Theatre 3
CT3 is designed for 9-11 year olds.
CT3 is a place where our children are supported in the skills to develop a real sense of ownership over their collective creativity. The group have the opportunity to perform in peer group events as well as a main house public performance!
