Sebastian initially joined Chickenshed as a child, where he trained and performed throughout his school years. He briefly left to complete a BA (Hons) in Photography, Sculpture, Dance, and Theatre at the University of Brighton. Following that, he continued his dance training at the Laban Centre for Movement and Dance.

Throughout his career, he has appeared in several films, television programmes, commercials, and music videos, collaborating with organisations such as the BBC, EMI, Factory Films, LWT, Ridley Scott Associates, The Really Useful Group, Urban Conceptz Theatre, Wall to Wall Media, Yes/No Productions, and CBBC. Additionally, he has worked externally with various companies, choreographers, and directors, including Lea Anderson, Josef Nadj, Nigel Jamieson, Stephen Frears, and ASQ Cia de Danca in Brazil.

Sebastian has performed and toured extensively in the UK and Europe with Liz Aggiss and Billy Cowie for Divas Dance Co. He also appeared in STOMP in Paris, was part of the original cast of Piano/Forte by Terry Johnson at The Royal Court Theatre, and has been touring globally with "As The World Tipped" by Wired Aerial Theatre since its premiere in 2011, performing in the UK, Europe, Australia, South Korea, and Chile.

In addition to his performing career, Sebastian conducts visual, performing, and creative arts workshops in schools, colleges, and organisations, catering to groups of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. He possesses over 28 years of experience in Play Work and Youth Work, working with mainstream and mixed-ability groups of children and young people.

Currently, Sebastian is involved in both the artistic and education departments at Chickenshed. His roles encompass performing, teaching on BTEC Extended Diploma, Foundation Degree, and BA courses, as well as undertaking tasks such as filming, video editing, set/props design, and stage management for education-related end-of-year shows and numerous recent studio theatre productions.
